the elevators took forever and made mornings a bit stressful. the pools were really nice, perfect for cooling off. 🌊 also, the beach was just a short walk away, beautiful scenery! staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. 😊

Rooms felt outdated and cleanliness was sometimes lacking. Food quality in the dining area disappointed, with limited drink options available during meals.

Outdated facilities need attention!!! The Wi-Fi didn’t work well for iPhones, leading to frustration at times. the fact that beach towels come with a charge seems like a missed opportunity for improvements!!!

The hotel offers great pools and close beach access. room cleanliness needs improvement.

The double room was a decent size and kept clean throughout our stay. I loved the stunning views towards the mountains and the side sea view. But the beds were a bit too hard for my liking, which made sleeping less comfy. the amenities and space were nice, but a mattress upgrade would do wonders!
